Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 15-20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1/8 c melted butter
- 1 c salsa
- 1 c taco sauce
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c crushed tortilla chips
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 scallions, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Perpare beef and taco seasoning according to package. Add cream cheese until melted. Cook pasta and toss with butter. Spread salsa in greased baking dish. Fill shells with meat mixtureand place in dish. Top with taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheeses and chips, and bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered. Serve with sour cream and scallions.
