Smoky Potato Rounds *

Ingredients

  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1/3 c BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Scrub and pierce potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until almost tender.

2. When cool enough to handle, cut each potato width-wise into 1/2 in slices. Place on *greased baking sheet. Brush with BBQ sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.

4. Top with sour cream and serve.
