Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 3 cups of Milk, can substitute coconut milk
- 6- 8 pieces of cooked bacon chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp Watkins powdered mustard
- 1/2 tsp Watkins onion and garlic pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups dry gluten free macaroni, penne works best use dry measuring cup not liquid

Step 1
Stir first 4 ingredients in saucepan
Whisk in milk slowly until no lumps remain
Heat and stir until thickened
Stir adding cheese and macaroni. Turn into 3.5 - 4 quart slow cooker, cover. Cook on high for approx. 1 hour. Makes 4 cups
Can substitute cream for milk for a creamier mac & cheese
