Ingredients

  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 c. cheese for topping. Heat well on stove. Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture. Place in greased 13 x 9" baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
