Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 package Pepperidge Farms cornbread stuffing
- 1 1/2 lbs. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium jar pimentos, chopped
- 4 medium carrots, grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation
Step 1
Melt oleo and add in stuffing mix. Line bottom of large baking dish with 1/2 of mixture.
Combine all other ingredients and add to baking dish. Top with the rest of the stuffing mix and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
