Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. jar Pickeled Eggplant
- 1 - 16 oz. jar Mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 - 8 oz. jar Green Olives with pimento
- 1 - 8 oz. Can Black Pitted Olives
- 2 stalks of Celery- chopped
- 2 Carrots- chopped
- 1 - 8 oz. can Artichoke Hearts
- 1 - small jar mushroom salad
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- Black Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste

Step 1
Rinse ingredients under cold water real fast.
Chopped all ingredients real fine.
Mix with Olive Oil, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
