Ingredients
- 1 box of Pepperidge Farm frozen pastry sheets
- filling- 1 C of milk
- 3 Tlbs flour
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1/2 C margarine
- 1/2 C crisco
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw pastry sheets as directed. Cut into 1" or 2" squares.
Bake @ 350 -1" apart on cookie sheet until light brown-approx. 10 to 15 mins.
Remove from cookie sheet and place on waxed paper or paper towel. cool
Filling: Bring milk and flour to a boil in a sauce pan until it gets thick. Cool. Then add 1 c powdered sugar, margarine, crisco, vanilla to cooled flour/milk mixture.
Mix all together until smooth.
Lift off the top of each pastry squares and fill w/filling. place the top back on & sprinkle with confectioners sugar or top w/a dab of filling.
