Fruit Cocktail Cake #2

This tasty cake is great...it's super fast and uses just a few ordinary ingredients! My mom used to make it when I was growing up, and it was one of my favorite desserts. Now, I make it for my kids and it's their favorite too. I feel good about serving them this cake since it has fruit in it!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients; add undrained fruit and mix well. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted in center. Makes 12 servings.
