Ingredients
- Lasagna:
- 16 Lasagna noodles
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, drained well
- 4 c. diced chicken
- 4 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. finely diced onion
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1 T. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 9 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- Topping:
- 2 c. grated Parmesan
- 4 T. butter
- 2 c. chopped pecans (or sliced almonds)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in very large bowl. In a large and deep baking dish (10 x 14?), layer chicken mixture, noodles, chicken mixture, noodles, chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Melt butter in skillet on stove. Add chopped pecans to lightly toast and sprinkle pecans over cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
