Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs. shortening
- 1/2 soup can water
- 1 tsp. mustard

Step 1
Mix 1/4 c. soup with beef, rice, egg, onion and salt. Shape firmly into 16 meatballs. Brown meatballs and garlic in shortening; drain fat. Blend in remaining soup, water and mustard. Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until done. Stir now and then.
