  • 8-10 Potatoes (2 lbs)
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 C. Sour Cream (16oz)
  • 2 C. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup chopped Onion : Optional
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 C. Butter
  • 2 C. crushed Corn Flakes and 1/4 C. Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mash boiled potatoes with soup, sour cream and butter. Add remaining ingredients and top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. in a greased 9x13 pan. Can be made the night before.
