Ingredients
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg

Step 1
1. Boil sugar and water to a light syrup. Cool.
2. Add eggs, honey and nutmeg and beat thoroughly.
3. Fill unbaked shells 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes at 400.
4. Makes 24 tarts.
