Ingredients
- 8 8 8 ounces pasta, such as elbows or penne
- 2 2 2 cups packed baby spinach
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup packed basil leaves
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup water
- 2 2 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, peeled, cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Place the remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and toss with pasta. Serve immediately.
