Ingredients
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3-4 lb corned beef brisket
- 2-3 md. onions, quartered
- 1 c. water
- half head of cabbage, cut into wedges
Preparation
Step 1
1) layer all ingredients except cabbage in cooker
2) cover; cook low 8-10 hours or high 5-6 hours
3) add cabbage wedges to liquid, pushing down to moisten. turn to high and cok additional 2-3 hours
