Ingredients
- Sweet Tart dough
- 2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups corn syrup
- ½ lb. butter
- 8 eggs
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups raisins, washed and rinsed

Step 1
Fill tart tins with desired dough and chill. Mix sugar, corn syrup, butter and eggs, and process until smooth. Add the salt and vanilla and mix well. Place about 8 raisins into each tart shell. Add the syrup and mix until ¾ full. Bake tarts at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, until pastry is golden. Tarts can also be frozen.
