1.Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with waxed paper. Set aside.
2.In an 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl, place white chocolate. Microwave on High, in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted, approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Add peanut butter, stirring a little. Microwave on High, in 30-second intervals, until mixture is smooth and creamy, approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
3.In a 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, combine bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, and salt. Microwave on High, in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted, approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
4.Pour chocolate, by tablespoonfuls, approximately 1 inch apart onto peanut butter mixture. Using a butter knife, pull each chocolate drop in the middle from top to bottom, in different directions, to create whimsical hearts.
5.Refrigerate until set, approximately 3 hours. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
