Ingredients
- 6 frozen chicken tenders
- 3 cups dry rigatoni pasta
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 large carrot peeled and chopped
- 2/3 cup buffalo wiing sauce
- 1 tbs ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sharp chedder cheese shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled and divided
- 1 cup chedder french fried onions crusshed

Preparation
Step 1
1) place chicken, pasta, stock, onions, celery, carrots, wing sauce, and ranch seasoning into pressure cooker; secure lid
2) Set pressure cooker to rice and timer to 10 min
3) when cooking is complete, add the cream cheese to the pressure cooker; stir until dissolved
4) add the chedder, swiss and 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese to pressure cooker; stir until dissolved
5) top with french fried onions and remaining gorgonzola before serving
