Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage
- 2 cups fresh baby carrots
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Cut sausage into 1” slices; set aside. Place carrots and sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Cook sausage in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, turning frequently until lightly browned.
Add brown sugar, water, honey, syrup and salt to skillet; cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in drained carrots, sweet potatoes and pineapple. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
