- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cups oil
- 2 cups flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, add oil and continue to beat. Sift the remaining ingredients, except the grated carrots. Add carrots, last, folding gently. Bake for 35 minutes.
