Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced peaches or other fruits
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- dash of salt
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
- grated rind of 1 orange
- 1 crust
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour fruits in a bowl. Mix sugar, salt, flour, spices and orange rind. Add to fruits and toss gently until coated.
2. Pour in baking (glass) 9inch square.
3. Prepare crust accordingly.
4. Place crust over fruits and crimp edges, slash top, brush with remaining butter and sprinkle with sugar.
5. Bake 425 – 15 minutes and at 350 35 minutes.
