Ingredients

  • 2 c cooked chicken, 1/2 in cubes
  • 2 c celery, thinnly sliced
  • 2 c toasted bread cubes
  • 1 c mayonaise
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 t minced onion
  • 1/2 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 400*. Spray 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with pam. In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, 1 c bread, mayo, 1/2 c cheese, almonds, lemon juice, onion, and salt. Spoon into baking dish; top with remaining bread and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
