- 1/2 tea. mustard seed
- 1/4 tea. ground turmeric

In a medium bowl, combine onions, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, mustard seed, and turmeric.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
Yield: about 2 cups onion relish
