Ingredients
- 2 c heavy cream
- 1/3 c sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 pound milk chocolate chopped
- Sea salt
- Olive oil

Step 1
In sauce pan heat cream with sugar until hot to touch. In bowl whisk yolks.gradually whisk in 1 cup of hot cream.scrape the mixture into saucepan and cook over moderate heat whisking until slightly sickened, 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and let stand til melted, 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Transfer to shallow bowl and refrigerate until very cold at least 4 hours. Spoon the cremosa by pulling spoon across top into a curl. Place on plate,drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or hazelnuts and a smidge of sea salt. Awesome!!!!
