Ingredients

  • 1 Deep Dish Pie Crust, thawed
  • 3 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg (4 oz size) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

Step 1

Bake pie crust according to directions on package. Cool. Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended. Pour into crust; sprinkle with pecans. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 mins. or until well blended.

Spoon 1 1/2 cups of the pudding over pecans in crust. Add half of the Cool Whip to remaining pudding; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over pudding in crust; top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
