• 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 9 c. chex cereal (any variety..i always include chocolate)
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1) microwave chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered for 1 minute; stir; microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. stir in vanilla.

2) place cereal in a large bowl. pour chocolate mix over cereal, stir til evenly coated. pour into 2 gallon ziploc

3) add powdered sugar to ziploc; seal bag; shake til well coated. spread on wax paper to cool, about 30 minutes. store in airtight container in refrigerator
