Mini Pie Cookies

Ingredients

• 1- 3 oz package of cream cheese
• 1/4 lb of butter (softened)
• 1 C flour
• 1 can of pie filling or whatever type of jelly filling you want to use.

Preparation

Step 1

Using a fork blend together:
Cream cheese, butter, flour.

roll into balls.
place in pan..you can line them with paper.
press dough balls flat in pan
fill with filling of choose. make sure you fill to the top of cookie.
Bake @ 375 for 30 mins.

1/2 C Crisco
1 C sugar
1 tsp can mile
1 tsp vanilla

mix all ingredients together unitl smooth

Once Cookies are completely cooled you can place a drop on each cookie. Opitional is to drizzle with coconut or chopped nuts of your choice.
