  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small can chopped mild chili peppers, peeled
  • 1 can tomatoes chopped and peeled
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger and drain. Add flour to meat and mix. Add green chiles with juice, add chopped, peeled tomatoes with juice and mix. Add chili powder to taste and add Worcestershire sauce, mix. Add Velveeta, cook until cheese is melted. Best if refrigerated for a minimum of 2 hour and reheated before serving.
