Ingredients
- pizza dough
- sauce
- 12 oz grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- any topping you want

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 500 F, with a 16in diameter pizza stone on the lowest shelf for at least 30 minutes.
Place one round of dough onto a lightly floured surface, keeping the other covered w/the kitchen towel.
roll dough into a 14in round, transfer to a piece of parchment paper & gently roll again, if needed.
spread 3/4 cup of sauce over the dough leaving a 1/2in border around the edges.
sprinkle half w/mozzarella (& other toppings) over the top. slide the parchment paper & pizza onto the stone. bake until crust is golden & cheese is bubbly (10 minutes) add parmesan after it comes out of the oven
