Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

• 1 bag frozen vegetables
• 3-4 medium potatoes (cut up)
• 1 can whole tomatoes
• 1 box beef broth
• 1 qt V8 juice
• 2 tab sugar
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 1 medium red onion (chopped)
• 1 tab dijon mustard
• 1-2 cups chopped celery
• 2 tab peppercinni juice
• 1 tab salt
• 1 tab pepper
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1-2 packages of stew meat

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a big pot on the stove. Bring to boil on medium/high heat. Then reduce heat and simmer 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours.
