Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 med. tomato, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce

Step 1
In large mixing bowl, stir together cheese, mayonnaise, half of the ripe olives, green chili peppers, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
Spread the mixture into 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped tomato, remaining olives and green onions in 3 rings, starting near the outer edges of the dish. Serve warm with tortilla chips or your favorite dipper.
