Ingredients
- ice
- 1/2 ounce London dry gin
- 1/2 ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
- 1/3 ounce peach liqueur
- 1/3 ounce St. Germain liqueur
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce apple juice
- 1 1/2 ounces tonic water
- cucumber slice, for garnish
- sprig of borage, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice. Add gin, vermouth, peach liqueur, St. Germain liqueur, lemon juice and apple juice. Stir, top with tonic water and garnish with cucumber slice and sprig of borage.
