  • 1/2 ounce London dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • 1/3 ounce peach liqueur
  • 1/3 ounce St. Germain liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce apple juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces tonic water
  • cucumber slice, for garnish
  • sprig of borage, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a highball glass ¾ full with ice. Add gin, vermouth, peach liqueur, St. Germain liqueur, lemon juice and apple juice. Stir, top with tonic water and garnish with cucumber slice and sprig of borage.
