Ingredients
- Add:
- 30 tomatoes cut and peeled
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 lrg onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic
- Combine and cook for 3-4 hours, low heat.
- Cool.
- Put through sieve or grinder.
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/4 salt.
