Ham & Cheese Eggrolls

Ingredients
- 2 pk Eggroll wrappers 1.5
- 2 pounds Mozzarella grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 6 cups Ham chopped
- 1 Cooking oil for deep frying
- 1 can Tomatoes, Italian Style

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, mix cheeses, tomatoes, and chopped ham.
Start heating oil.
In the center of each eggroll wrapper, put a Tbls of the cheese and ham mixture.
Moisten edges of the dough and seal.
Deep fry in hot oil - they should swell up and start to brown immediately.
Gently turn them over with tongs.
They will take about 3 to 4 minutes to cook.
When nicely browned on both sides, remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
