  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup tomatoes

  • 1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
