Ingredients
- 8 large portabello mushrooms, cleaned
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb. pasta
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbs. chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet melt the butter, and add the garlic, sauté 1 minute. Ad the whole mushroom caps, season and sauté until tender.
Cook the pasta, place the mushroom caps on a platter. Add the pasta to the skillet that the mushrooms were cooked in. Add the cheese and season and toss. Serve the pasta over the mushroom caps.
