Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

• 3 or 4 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 stick butter, melted
• Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg whites and sugar to soft peaks. Layer nuts on cookie sheet and heat in a 300° oven. Fold nuts with egg and sugar mixture and butter. Bake until try at 275°, stirring.
