Ingredients
- 1 lb. thinly sliced deli ham-sliced into thin strips
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- 2 c. shredded swiss
- 2 loaves cocktail rye bread

Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine ham, cream cheese, and soups. Stir in swiss cheese. Cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 2 hours , stir occasionally.
Serve on cocktail rye bread.
