Ingredients

  • 2-6oz bags of seasoned cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup- 2 sticks melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sage, Rosemary and thyme for herbs

Preparation

Step 1

Saute' celery and onion in butter until tender. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning while sauteing. Put bread cubes in baking dish and cover with saute vegetables. Stir liquid in gradually. You need to judge broth might have to add more to make it real moist. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer for a crisper top.

Make 12 (1/2 cup) servings

Note: I add extra celery. I like alot.
