Ingredients
- Pie Crust:
- 3 3 3 cups plain flour
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup warm water
- to flour, salt and oil to a crumbly texture - slowly add warm water til a soft ball dough forms. Cover with plastic and set aside.
- Filling:
- 2 2 12 pkgs. dried peaches (approx. 12 oz.)
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup water
- 4 to and water and soak a minimym of 4 hours to overnight. In medium saucepan boil peach/water mixture until water disappears.
- Add:
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1 1 stick butter
