Ingredients
- 9 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped (can substitute milk chocolate)
- 6 tbs. butter, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a double broiler.
Stir ingredients until smooth, serve or cover and chill up to 2 weeks. Reheat on top of the double broiler, as needed.
