Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 lb butter @ room temp.
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 c sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Filling:
- 6 eggs @ room temp.
- 3 c sugar
- 2 TBSP lemon zest, @ 4 lemons
- 1 c lemon juice
- 1 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Cream butter and sugar on low. Add flour and salt until just mixed.
Press into pan and chill.
Bake:
15-20 minutes at 350
Filling:
Whisk all ingredients. Pour over crust.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
