Lemon Bars

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 lb butter @ room temp.
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Filling:
  • 6 eggs @ room temp.
  • 3 c sugar
  • 2 TBSP lemon zest, @ 4 lemons
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • 1 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Cream butter and sugar on low. Add flour and salt until just mixed.
Press into pan and chill.

Bake:
15-20 minutes at 350

Filling:
Whisk all ingredients. Pour over crust.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
