Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup x-sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, will chilled and cut into pieces
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 (1.4 oz.) English toffee candy bars cut 1/4 inches
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until coarse. Press into bottom of 9x13" pan. Bake until light golden (15-20 minutes). Combine sweet milk, eggs, and vanilla in small bowl. Stir in nuts and toffee bar pieces. Pour into baked crust. Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes). Cool, refrigerate, and cut.
