Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c butter room temp
- 4 eggs
- 1 c cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 c flour, sifted
- 2 t vanilla
- 1&1/2 c chopped pecans
- 24 caramels or carmel syrup

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, Grease 13 x 9 pan. With beaters, beat sugar, butter, eggs and cocoa till blended. Reduce speed to low and add flour, 1 t vanilla till blended. Spread batter into pan, top with chopped pecan.
Bake 25 minutes. Cool to room temp.
In saucepan melt caramels add vanilla. Drizzle for cake
