  • 1 loaf cinnamon bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

Step 1

Place bread cubes in lightly greased 9 x 13" baking dish and set aside.
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth; add eggs and next 3 ingredients, beating until blended. Pour over bread cubes; cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake at 375º for 40-50 minutes or until set, covering with foil after 25 minutes. Serve with additional syrup.
