Ingredients
- 2-3 pound brisket
- 1 batch Stick to Your Ribs BBQ Sauce
- 1 can or bottle beer
- 2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add brisket to pressure cooker and cover with remaining ingredients.
2. Securely lock on the pressure cooker's lid, set the cooker to high and cook for 50 minutes.
3. Perform a quick release to release the cooker's pressure. Safely remove lid and remove beef, letting it rest under tin foil for five minutes.
4. Slice brisket against the meat's grain and serve smothered in sauce from cooker. Serve with your picnic favorites!
