Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in thin strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 T. all-purpose flour
  • 1 T. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown steak in small amount of oil. Add onions and peppers and cook til tender. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Add to meat and simmer 20 minutes. Mix flour, soy sauce and 1 cup of water. Add to meat. Cook until sauce is as thick as you like it.

Serve over rice.
