This Vegetable Antioxidant Shake should not be limited just for a delicious Paleo Breakfast. Ideal for Paleo Breakfast, Paleo Lunch or Paleo Dinner. Anti-oxidants protects the body against harmful oxidants.

Ingredients
- 2 -2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 -3 stalks fresh kale
- 1/2 -1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 -1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
- 1/2 -1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
- 2 -2 peeled bananas
- 1 - 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Step 1
-Rinse all fruits and vegetables. Add kale, spinach and coconut milk/juice to blender, blend thoroughly.
-Add remaining ingredients, blend.
May want to experiment with your favorite fruit and or add a little honey.
