Ingredients

  • 2 -2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 -3 stalks fresh kale
  • 1/2 -1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 -1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
  • 1/2 -1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
  • 2 -2 peeled bananas
  • 1 - 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Preparation

Step 1

-Rinse all fruits and vegetables. Add kale, spinach and coconut milk/juice to blender, blend thoroughly.
-Add remaining ingredients, blend.
May want to experiment with your favorite fruit and or add a little honey.
