- 1 lb Green Beans
- 1 Large Onion
- 1/2 lb. Portabella Mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- Season to taste

Step 1
In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil for a minute or so. Add chopped onions and green beans. Cook until green beans are almost done. Add mushrooms and continue to cook for approximately 3 minutes.
Add desired seasoning and mix well.
