Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 chopped onions
  • Lowery's salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 cans Ranch style beans
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • large package of soft tortillas
  • 2 lbs sharp shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onions, pour off any excess grease. Add beans, tomatoes and soup. Layer in a large casserole dish with tortillas, then meat, then shredded cheese. Do another 3 layers, ending with a lot of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
