Coca-Cola Cake w/ Frosting

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup coke
• 1 cup oleo
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup butter milk
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup mini marshmellows
• Frosting:
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 6 tablespoons cola
• 1/2 bag powder sugar
• 1 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix: flour, sugar and cocoa in a large bow. Bring coke and oleo to a boil and pour over flour mixture. Add eggs, butter, milk, soda and vanilla and mini marshmellows. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees .

Frosting:
Bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients, then add the powder sugar, and walnuts. Mix well.
PUT on cake as soon as it is out of the oven.
